It is usually empty, I have no idea why, but it is also well maintained and always clean. The pool at the Lodge is one of my favorite hotel pools. It is an emerging trend and we all want to stay on top of trends don't we? I suppose I could bring my own but that could be messy. It would make a huge difference to me!! and probably other people as well. I do have one criticism : can you please offer soy and/or almond milk with the coffee? It's not a big deal to put it out and ALOT of people are switching from cows milk to soy and or almond milk. The lobby itself is super comfy and has a lovely view. They offer coffee and tea in the morning in the lobby. She remembered me from my last stay and she is just a genuinely nice person and a true asset to your company.

I forgot to mention her in my last review. I do have to mention a specific person that works at the check in desk: Rebecca. They offer a little drink and chocolates upon check in which is thoughtful. the rooms are consistently clean and well maintained. Suggestion to the manager: maybe offer a discount to frequent visitors? Just a suggestion, I will still stay. Sometimes you get better deals but not often. Depending on when you stay it can be around $350 a night. The Lodge is a little bit more expensive than the towers but I prefer it because of the pool and the spa. I keep coming back here because I love it.
